End User License Agreement (EULA) for the ASTER Program

This license agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the terms and conditions for using the ASTER software program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”). By installing and using this copy of the Program, you are indicating your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

The Program is provided on a “try before you buy” basis. You may use an unregistered copy of the Program for informational purposes only for 14 calendar days from the installation date (hereinafter referred to as the “Trial Period”). After the Trial Period expires, you must either purchase and register a licensed copy of the Program or stop using it. Registration entitles you to continue using the Program after the Trial Period ends, as well as receive technical support.

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the program on one computer. You may not rent, lease, sell, sublease, or otherwise transfer the Program to third parties, whether for consideration or free of charge. Any use of the Program that violates applicable international or national law is prohibited by this Agreement. The person who commits such actions is responsible for them.

The Program is distributed “as is”, without any warranty of fitness or suitability for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for evaluating its suitability and for the results of its use.

IBIK LLC does not guarantee that the Program is free of errors and is not liable for any losses, damages, or other consequences arising from its use, including lost profits, loss of data, equipment downtime, or other indirect consequences. IBIK LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement or any actions taken based on it.

IBIK LLC makes no warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. IBIK LLC is not liable for any loss of data, damage, lost profits, or other damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Program. You use the Program at your own risk.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not distribute, copy, rent, sell, modify, decompile, analyze algorithms, or otherwise interfere with the Program or transfer any part of it. Any violation of these provisions will result in the immediate and automatic termination of this Agreement and may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted to you by this Agreement are reserved by IBIK LLC.

IBIK LLC reserves the right to amend or make exceptions to the terms of this Agreement. However, the terms set forth in this Agreement apply exclusively to this copy of the Program. If a new version of the Program is released, the terms of the new Agreement will apply to it. You will not be entitled to apply the provisions of this Agreement to other versions of the Program.

Installing the Program on an end user's computer signifies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must delete all Program files from your data storage devices and stop using the Program.
